How does the subscription work?

Choosing a bike

Simply visit our interactive bike finder to find the perfect bike or browse all of our available kids’ bikes.

Bike Club Plus

For extra peace of mind with your child's bike subscription, we recommend Bike Club Plus. At just £1 extra per month, you will be covered for any repairs, accidental damage and excess cover in the event of total loss of the bike. Visit the Bike Club Plus page for more information.

Delivery

We deliver across the majority of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

Our delivery charges vary based on the delivery date you choose at checkout. Our standard delivery fee is charged at £9.99 per bike for all weekday delivery and £14.99 per bike for Saturday delivery. We are unable to deliver on a Sunday.

Payment

Payments are processed at checkout at the time of placing an order and subsequently through Direct Debit on the 1st of each month, in line with our prorated payment schedule.

Let’s say you have placed an order with the details below. Refer to the table to understand how the payments would be scheduled.

  • Bike cost: £10 per month
  • Order date: 20th March
  • Selected delivery date: 26th March

*Pro-rata amount is calculated from the delivery date to the 1st of the month.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge and all you’ll need to pay is the delivery fee of the new bike. Visit the exchanges page for more information.

Your subscription for the bike you’re exchanging will be paused, provided the payment isn’t due within the next 48 hours. If the old bike isn’t returned within one month of the exchange, your subscription will be reactivated.

As soon as we receive your old bike back, the direct debit subscription for that bike will be cancelled. A new subscription will be scheduled to start one month after your exchange date for the new bike you received.

Cancellations & Returns

You can return a bike at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and our service is designed to be fully flexible. The following fees apply when returning a bike. These fees help cover the cost of collecting your bike.

  • Scooter: £9.99
  • Balance bike: £19.99
  • All other bikes: £29.99
