Refund policy
Immediate Refund
We run a soft credit check for all new members, if you are not successful we will cancel your order and issue a refund immediately.
The refund is processed immediately on our end, however it can take up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
Cancelling your membership
Refund within 14 days
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order online, up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.
You need to notify Bike Club that you wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing us at info@bikeclub.com.
You will receive a full refund of your first monthly payment. There are delivery fees when returning a bike, which contribute to the cost of the courier. See below for more details. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Cancelling after 14 days
If you are cancelling your membership and returning goods you must process a cancellation. You can do so by visiting our returns page.
There is a £9.99 return fee per scooter, £24.99 return fee per balance bike and £34.99 return fee per bike. These go towards the return courier cost.
Bike Club will cancel your monthly payments once the bike has been returned to our warehouse, and refund any surplus payments that may have occurred whilst the bike was in transit.
Returning Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty and don’t do what they're supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same rights under the Consumer Rights Act as you have when buying face to face.
In this case, we need to be contacted within 14 days from the delivery date. Just drop us an email on info@bikeclub.com. In most scenarios, something simply dropped out of place during transit. We can usually help either via video, or by arranging a service at your local bike shop.
Please do not attempt repairs yourself without contacting us beforehand.
