Shipping policy

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas of mainland UK - unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. We may have to cancel any orders that are placed to these areas.

How quickly can you deliver?

At checkout, you will be able to choose a delivery date. Available delivery dates will depend on how busy we are at that moment and your delivery postcode. All bikes have one-on-one time with a qualified mechanic before they are dispatched. This can mean we have slightly longer delivery times than the likes of Amazon. But that's because you're getting a specialist service. 

I need my bike really soon

If you choose a reBike, we may be able to get the bike to you earlier than the earliest date shown. There is less flexibility with new bikes.

If you have a specific need (for example, if you need a bike in time for a birthday), please get in touch, and we'll see what we can do.

Will you give me a delivery slot?

Our premium couriers will get in touch by text the night before your delivery to give you a 2-hour delivery window. They also provide detailed live tracking, which you can use to track the van on a map.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

An adult will need to be present to sign for receipt of the bike.  

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, we may need to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of booking a second delivery.

I need to change my delivery

If you need to change your delivery date or address, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once the bike has been dispatched from our warehouses, it is very difficult to arrange for a redirect with our courier. Bikes are bigger than most items they deal with, hence the lack in flexibility.
